These are the terms you accept when you send your CV through uaejobless.com. They are written in plain English on purpose.
1. What this service is
UAE Jobless collects CVs from people looking for work in the United Arab Emirates and passes suitable ones to employers who have vacancies. We are not your employer, and submitting your CV does not create a contract of employment between you and us.
2. It is free
We charge candidates nothing — no registration fee, no placement fee, no visa fee, no interview fee. Nobody acting for us is permitted to ask you for money. If anyone does, they are not us: stop, do not pay, and tell us.
3. No guarantee of a job
We cannot promise you a job, an interview, a call back, or a timeframe. Whether an employer is hiring, and who they choose, is their decision alone. We pass on profiles that fit; we do not decide who is hired.
4. Your details must be true
The details and the CV you send must be your own and must be accurate — your identity, your experience, your qualifications and your visa status. Sending someone else's CV as your own, or inventing qualifications, means we will stop putting you forward and will delete your record.
5. What you allow us to do
By ticking the consent box you allow us to keep your CV and your details, and to share them with employers who have vacancies that fit your profile. You can withdraw that permission at any time by emailing us with your reference number, and we will delete your record. See how we handle your details for the full picture.
6. Fair use of the form
One person, one profile. Do not use the form to send advertising, to submit other people's CVs in bulk, to test automated tools against it, or to send anything unlawful. We limit how often the same visitor can submit, and we may refuse or delete any submission at our discretion.
7. Employers we pass CVs to
We take reasonable care about who we work with, but once your CV is with an employer, how they use it is governed by their own practices, not ours. Never pay an employer or an agent for a job offer or a visa, whoever introduced you.
8. Availability
The site is provided as it is. We may change it, pause it, or take it down without notice, and we do not promise it will always be reachable.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you submit your CV is the one that applies to that submission.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the UAE have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Questions, corrections, or a request to be deleted: write to us and quote the reference number you were given after submitting.
